By using the Trackthletics app (“the App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App is designed for personal use to help you track your track and field results, personal bests, and other performance-related data. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
2. Data Storage
All data entered into the App is stored in your private iCloud account associated with your Apple ID. The App does not transmit or store your data on any external servers owned by us. You are responsible for managing and backing up your data within your iCloud account. Deleting the App will not automatically delete the data stored in your iCloud account, and you may need to manage it separately through your device settings.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the App operates effectively, we are not responsible for any data loss, inaccuracies, or issues resulting from the use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Sports Stats Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the App for personal use.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Share or distribute the App with others in violation of intellectual property laws.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates to the Terms will be reflected in this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
