Terms of Service

Premium Features: TrackThletics offers premium subscription features that provide enhanced functionality, advanced analytics, and additional tools for serious athletes.

Subscription Types: We offer various subscription plans including monthly and annual options. Subscription prices and features are clearly displayed within the App.

Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your device). We do not directly process or store your payment information. Payment processing is subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription, including cancellation and renewal, through your device's app store settings or account settings.

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals.

As a user of TrackThletics, you agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and iCloud account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur using the App on your device
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Not attempt to circumvent any subscription restrictions

All performance data, notes, and other content you create within the App (“User Content”) remains your property. You retain all rights to your User Content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to display your User Content within the App for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

Fitness Disclaimer: TrackThletics is designed to help track athletic performance. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or training programs. Always consult with qualified professionals before starting any training regimen.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate tracking and analysis tools, TrackThletics should not be used as the sole source for official competition results or records.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or its features. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You agree to accept these updates as part of your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App and access premium features will cease immediately. Cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
