The NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships are held annually in June. Athletes must meet qualifying standards to compete. Finals are contested across three days.
The 2020 championships were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the only year in modern history without a champion. The 9-year averages on this site exclude 2020.
Times marked with "w" are wind-aided (+2.0 m/s or greater). These performances count for NCAA championships but are not eligible for world record ratification.
